When we got there they did not have our reservation! Someone had apparently not entered the reservation in the Hotels system. They had the mail, but... We got a lesser room but with free breakfast. The breakfast was good. There was a dead bird laying at the pool the whole weekend. Dustbugs in the room not removed the three days we stayed. One leg of the sofa table was broken. When we packed our bags we could not find one of our jackets. We know it had to be in the room because we had the keyes and the wallet that were in the pockets when we used it. We think it was taken when we had breakfast. The staff knows what room number is at breakfast.
We will never stay there again, ever.
Cairns is a great little city! We had a great time.
